Members area

Members Area is your personal working space on TemplerFX. Through Members Area you can perform the following actions:

  • Deposit/withdraw funds from your accounts
  • Download the trading platform
  • Upload your identification documents
  • Open as many Demo/Live trading accounts as you wish
  • Change the leverage of your trading accounts
  • Edit your personal details
  • View your transaction history
  • Submit an enquiry

  1. To register for Members Area, click on the following link: https://secure.templerfx.com/login/ , click on “Join Members area”
  2. Select “Physical body” or Individual account or “Corporate body” for corporate account
  3. Follow the steps below:
    • Enter your full name
    • Enter contact details (a valid email and mobile phone are required for verification purposes)
    • Enter you Members area password
    • Tick the checkbox below if you agree with our Terms and Conditions
    • Confirm you’re  18 or older
    • Click “Register” to complete registration
  4. Click the emailed link to verify your Email

Your Members area account is now ready for complete verification

This means your phone or email address already exists in our system (the system will not allow you to register twice).

Please note that:

  • Each client is only allowed to register for Members area once.
  • If you can already access Members area and wish to open a new trading account, you should log in to Members area and navigate to Trading account—Live account
  • If you can’t access Members area or believe a third party is using your credentials please contact our Customer Support team via Live Chat.

Yes.

Some of your personal information including your password for your Members area account can be changed from within the “Security” section of Members area. If however you want to change information which is not listed within the “Security” section then please contact our Customer Support team who will advise you on how you can request for this information to be changed.

  • To receive full access to all of the features within Members area and be able to ‘Deposit’ & ‘Withdraw’ funds as well as trade, your account must be verified and have status ‘Approved’
  • Based on regulatory requirements, we must receive documents from our clients before we establish a business relationship with them

  1. Proof of identity – passport, national identity card or driving license
    If the identification document you have provided states your correct residential address then an additional proof of address document may not be required.
  2. Proof of address – bank/card statement or utility bill

Proof of Identity: Please note that you must submit a color copy of your valid ID document.

Proof of address: Please note that this should be a color copy, and must have been issued no longer than 12 months ago. Examples of documents which can be provided are:

  • Water/gas/electric/internet/telephone bill
  • Residency certificate or tenancy contract

Some things to remember when trying to upload your documents are:

  • The size of your document must NOT exceed 5 MB
  • We can accept the following formats: gif, jpg, tiff, png, doc, docx and pdf

On average it takes less than 6 hours. 

Once the documents have been submitted, we can have the account approved within 6 hours during working hours. If you would like to check the status of your documents, please contact us via Live Chat and we can offer you immediate assistance. If any further documents are required, we will send you an email informing you.

You have the following options:

  • If the ID document you have already provided states your address, then a further proof of address document may not be required
  • Provide us with an alternative document, such as a bank/card statement, residency certificate, mobile telephone bill or tenancy contract
  • An additional ID document which states your address can be provided
  • If you do not have any of the above, please provide us with any official document which states your name and residential address or send us an email to support@templerx.com for further assistance

  • National ID Card (front & back) with residential address listed
    OR
  • Driving License with residential address listed
    OR
  • Voters Card with residential address listed
    OR
  • Passport & bank statement issued within the last 12 months

You can provide us with one of the following combination of documents:

  • PAN Card & proof of address document issued within the last 12 months (bank/card statement or utility bill)
    OR
  • Driving License with residential address listed
    OR
  • Passport (photo page & address page)
    OR
  • Aadhaar Card (front & back) with residential address listed
    OR
  • Voters Card (front & back) with residential address listed

You can provide us with one of the following combination of documents:

  • National ID Card with residential address listed
    OR
  • Driving License with residential address listed
    OR
  • Passport & bank/card statement or utility bill issued within the last 12 months

You can provide us with one of the following combination of documents:

  • National ID Card (front & back) with residential address listed

You can use your live account MT4 login and password instead.
